NJT SBE Information

Millennium Transit Services, LLC, in an effort to comply with regulations of State Funded Projects is looking for local participation from SBE 3 Registered firms with current registration through the NJ Commerce & Economic Growth Commission.  Millennium Transit Services, LLC is under current negotiations with NJ Transit to supply 289 suburban and transit buses as part of a capital procurement project RFP 04-080R, Forty Foot Transit and Suburban Bus Purchase.  If your firm is able to document that it is currently registered as an SBE 3 firm as defined by the New Jersey Commerce & Economic Growth Commission and would like to participate in quotes or services for the following list, please contact us.

Millennium Transit Services, LLC is a manufacturer of heavy-duty transit buses.  As such our objective is to seek out qualified, currently registered NJ SBE companies who can supply services or components as required in the manufacture of the heavy-duty bus.

If your company is a currently registered tier 3 SBE company with the State of New Jersey, please review the following list of items to verify your ability to supply or support this effort.

Electrical - Vehicle harness manufacture (to include connectors)

Metal Fabrication - bending, welding, machining of steel, aluminum, and stainless steel parts

Component supply to include - lighting, floorboard material, paint, lubricants, sealants, etc.

Services to include - field service support, warranty work support, etc.
